30 g. A smooth smokey taste added to the beloved sweetness of black garlic. Garlic bulbs are slowly heated until the sugars caramalize, creating the rich black colour. We then peel the bulbs and smoke them. Pairs well with red meats, you can eat as a snack, or add to a charcuterie board!
